The Redevelopment Campaign

Sherman Cymru is now only few months away from completing its 18 month redevelopment of the theatre. The redevelopment will vastly improve the experience that you and thousands of others will have when visiting the theatre in the future, with a new:

• Front of house area
• Façade to the front of the theatre
• Seating
• Heating and ventilation systems
• improvements to accessibility

Funding

We have been awarded a Capital Lottery grant of £3.9 million from the Arts Council of Wales for the redevelopment and we have raised over 90% of the funding needed to date. 

But we still need your help to raise £250,000.

Funds for the redevelopment will be sought from a variety of sources:

• corporate sector
• trusts and foundations
• fun events
• staff fundraising activities
• individual donations
