Currency Exchange Appeal

Do you find that after your holidays you are left with lots of small foreign currency that you are unable to change at the bank or post office? Do you find change in pockets, bags or even hidden amounts lying around the house? Get rid of your unwanted currency and help us by donating the coins to Sherman Cymru’s Redevelopment Campaign.

We are asking our customers to send us their unwanted holiday coins to our Currency Exchange Appeal and help make a difference. Large or small, Sherman Cymru excepts it all!

On average we have about £17 in unused foreign coins lying around our houses that we never do anything with. But now your unwanted change can really make a difference to us.

You can donate your unwanted coins very easily:

Drop off – If you have a lot of change you can drop your currency off at our temporary offices - Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm at Floor 6, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, CF11 9SS. Please do not visit Sherman Cymru on Senghennydd Road as we are no longer at this site.

On Tour – Sherman Cymru is on tour around Wales and the U.K for the next 12 months. If you are coming to see our shows on tour, you can bring your unwanted to change to us. 

Post – If you live further a field and would like to send your unwanted coins by post please send the coins to:
