What can you do?
- Hold a fundraising event such as a car boot sale, book sale, cake sale, dinner, performance, musical or comedy night
- Do a sponsored event such as run, walk, swim, bungee jump or even an egg and spoon or a three legged race!
- Get your family, friends, colleagues or groups to do sponsored activities such as a car wash, gardening, clean, ironing or even be quiet for the whole day!
- Donate the sale of any items that you make or produce, or any items you may have auctioned on Ebay to Sherman Cymru. Ebay - Sherman Cymru

Sherman Sherbets Sponsored Storytell
Members of Sherman Cymru’s Saturday Sherbets workshops held a fancy dress party and sponsored story-tell. The little Sherbets members who are aged between 4 and 6 years of age all learnt a well-known fairytale story which they then told back as a group.
The older 7 to 9 year olds had the more challenging task of creating their own story on the day. Judging their creative story-telling skills was Paddy the Clown, who then performed for the 60 assembled Sherbets (including a pirate, a bee, a few princesses and a sheep!) at a fancy dress tea party.
Chris Von Ruhland - Cardiff 10k
Audience member and Youth Theatre parent, Chris Von Ruhland, from Llanishen, ran the Cardiff 10k and raised £175 for Sherman Cymru.
“I'm running in the Cardiff 10k to raise money for Sherman Cymru because I'm so impressed with the exciting redevelopment. I've seen some memorable performances in the theatre and my daughter is a member of the Youth Theatre so I'm very happy to support it.”
